Reviews For Sup brosef, do you think that the differences in vocabulary and grammatical structure in Early and Late Ancient Amphibian are an indication of time period or register?

Oh my dear god, what IS this thing??? So I am completely fandom blind, but the idea of newts thinking that frogs are jealous of them, and then having the word for ‘jealous’ be the same as the word for ‘green’... like, how do they even communicate with each other without being upset all the time???

Thank frog. LOL!

And what the heck is flipwart???

Ok, so she’s definitely got the right idea. When the going gets tough, the tough act like they are more confident than anyone has a right to be. But now I’m a little worried that maybe she’s not intelligent enough to work everything out? I mean, it’s a lot of pressure to translate on the fly like that.

“... clearly no one noticed that this was a rough draft.”

Ah, haha! I love how she just goes off into the syntax and grammar of the language, all excited, and Anne is all, “Just tell me what it all MEANS!” And boy, she’d better translate faster because those monsters aren’t waiting for her to suss it all out!

“Maybe it’s a scribal error?”

Hahahaha! And then she gets downed by increased gravity. No one appreciates a well-placed noun-verb agreement anymore. Sheesh! I loved all the details in your AN about all the translations and where you got them from! This was a well-thought-out piece, and I enjoyed reading it!
