From Matthias dressing the house up in romantic vibes to cooking Nina's favorite dish to making MUSIC for her with her wrapped up beside him...I am just swooning!
Also, that eye contact on the hand kiss. And them talking about not being dressed up, but it still be totally fine and lovely and meaningful...ooh boy that felt really hot too in a totally chaste way haha.
I love that this was their first meal in their new home and yes, I am sure it will be memorable for both of them!
Also, I liked that there was this tension charging throughout the whole piece but it didn't end up super sexual. Not that I mind smut like AT ALL, but with this prompt, I feel like smut is kind of the obvious choice, so I liked that you didn't go that route with it. :)

I think my favorite thing about this whole thing is your end line. It just ends this in such a powerfully sweet way. The build to it is endearing beyond words. Matthias disclosing things that are traditional and dear to him, even if not largely in practice anymore, it had me all :pleading face: :swooning body: And Nina wanting to celebrate with him because its NEAR AND DEAR TO HIM.
:skull emoji: I have died. DIIIIED from the fluff. DIIIIED.
Also, I like that you did something a little different than just them gazing up at the stars. I thought that was very cool and clever.

ahhhhhh this is so cute!! and kinda funny too haha - and yea the trials of having long hair with it getting absolutely everywhere lolol :P poor matthias - hopefully he never finds himself with a furball because i've seen my sisters cat have one and frankly i thoought he was dying at first :/
and poor matthias - having to extracate himself from nina :P there's so many stories where people are cuddly sleepers, and they wake up in each other's arms and they never really get to the point of - what if you have to get up?? and i loved the way that he has to go, even if he doesn't want to, and she sort of bargains with him for his freedom to leave :P bless her - she sounds so sleepy and so pouty and i don't blame him for feeling he has to escape as soon as possible because otherwise he just... won't leave :P
i do also sympathise with his conundrum - food or bed?? like it is a hard choice, especially when you're hungry :P
its funny because the last moment is super sweet and really classically romantic, with matthias' romantic thoughts and feelings and everything, ut i almost found the middle section, when nina's bargaining with him about breakfast sweeter. i dunno - i think it's something about the familiarity of it, the way they're so familiar with each other, and the fondness that sort of seeps through that whole section. it's so so good :)

seriously, you're so good at fluff honestly!! this is just so cute!! i lovelovelove the way you've taken it and spun it into this really sweet, simple kind of moment: the two of them, having their first meal in their flat together, and how it's sort of semi-formal and kind of not - and that suits them so much yk?? because ofc matthias is the type to go a little bit fancy haha, with the dessert forks and a proper romantic setting, and nina wouldn't know they even owned dessert forks :P
(also nina is right - black has a way of looking more formal than it is, even when it's like, really not as far as clothes go :P)
i love that he cooks dishes that mean something to them both too - familiar things for them both, especially for nina, which reminds them of home. it makes me think of like,, stamping your seal on a place; making it really yours, yk, and actually feel like yours, beyond just the stuff in the flat.
ahhh the last scene is probably the cutest and i think it's because it's so slow - like, your writing's not slow but the scene is, there's something wonderfully sedate and gentle and comfortable about it. the way they're there on the sofa together, quiet and relaxing, with the dog asleep, and they don't need to say anything because it's unnecessary. it's just so so sweet :)

so my knowledge of the grishaverse is confined to the tv show but nina and matthias had a very definite ~chemistry in that so this seemed super exciting to stop by :)
and look, i'm not sure whether fluff is something you usually write or you like writing it, but either way you should probably do some more of it because you're very very good at it :P i mean, this is just... super cute. like, super super cute. it's the way that they're sort of together and it's like a First Holiday Season Together type vibe and they're exploring all these new ways of celebrating - and learning about each other in the process. and none of it is super big or flashy or anything but it's still emotional and still meaningful and ahhh just very very cute :)
i love how you used nina's curiosity in this. because it's a part of her that i resonate with so much but it's also a bit of a different side to her normal witty, kickass kind of persona - and it allows her to be a bit softer and a bit more gentle i think. and ahhh the whole vibe of them walking around reminded me of going to christmas markets in germany and france, with the cold winds and the overcast skies and all the lights... ahh it was so good :)
and the ending!! with the snow coming even though they sort of bungled their way through the celebration haha, with the food being eaten and the lights not quite right - it was really cute and a really sweet end :)

The caught singing or dancing prompt is one of my favourites, and I absolutely adored what you did with it here! Sooo cute! :D The way he just stares at her as she sways in the middle of the kitchen, and then the stillness when their gazes meet! Aww... <3 It was all so precious, the way she rushed to him and he spinned her around, and the kisses and the teasing and dancing together... <3 Also, I love how you open it, with Matthias wishing he was with her and all the details about her features that he misses, and then you tie it back at the end with that Only then did they crawl into bed where all of Matthias's dreams came true. Such a great closing line! So romantic and so perfect to close up the drabble! Just lovely! <3

hiii! here to spread some holiday cheer <3
I loved the image of all the friends, just hanging out on a rooftop. Everyone's a little tipsy but in a way that makes everything fee warm and and fuzzy instead of chaotic. There were so many piceces of imagery sprinkled throughout that just did an amazing setting the vibe; the cool air, the stars overhead, the snort sound being whisked away by the wind.
Also, I think you did a really good job capturing an intimate conversation while in the midst of a social event. I am not really familiar with the fandom so I don't know of these characters from their books but I really felt an instant connect with Kaz. I love that he's kind of guarded but also seems like a big softie.
And that text at the end was just so sweet and such a lovely way to wrap the whole chapter/night up at the end.

ughh, this was so fucking cute. my heart warms at the image of the crows just hanging out on the roof, drinking and enjoying each other's company. and i love that kaz seeks nina out, even if just to make sure she drinks some water. and you did such a great job of including all of the crows, even with jesper's laughter in the background and inej and wylan giggling and it was just so fluffy and warm, i loved it
and then, of course, there's kaz, slightly away from the group and probably a little drunk, but we love that for him. i love that he's slowly letting his guard down around the others and that nina has kind of wormed her way into his tin can heart (so accurate, tbh). and that moment where she rests her head on his shoulder and he tenses - no words are exchanged but it's a perfect "oh shit" moment for both of them, a small reminder of some of the trauma kaz has been through - even in lovely moments like these, it still exists, and i thought that was a great nod to it
AND THE TEXT AT THE END! LO! i loved it so much. and of course, i loved the "i'll be driving inej home" and just all the little nods to them too - ugh, this was so cute, another delightfully fluffy read and you write nina and the others so so well

I know you've written all 30 and they're probably posted on A03 so I'll finish these out over there later on, but for now I just wanna say thank you so much for taking part in this challenge and diving head fucking first into the fluff and the lovey and the warm fuzzy cause this story collection was so much freaking fun to read and fall in love with and I really don't know how you write fluff so seemingly effortlessly but I am ever so grateful to get to read it <3 <3 <3 Awesome Awesome story Lo!
AHHHHHH!!!! THE PROPOSAL!!!!! I've heard you talk about this scene and was so excited to actually read it and it did not disappoint!!! :ELMO FIRE: That she thought it was going to be Inej and then walks into the room full of photos <3 All those memories they shared <3 The way that he said before he likes to take pictures of beautiful things :BLUSH: AHHHHH!!! And then he calls her wild and difficult in the most loving and endearing way and she doesn't even let him finish or ask her the question because the answer is just so obviously YES! AHHHHHHH
And the friends being there and bickering about whether she'd even accepted the proposal XD Such a great touch!
<3 <3 <3 I think I'm in that oven being warmed up and melted like the honugsbom <3 <3 <3 Nina with Matthias's grandmother XD The first impressions from both sides of that interaction are priceless. And the way Matthias stands up to his grandmother's traditionalism to be part of what's happening in the kitchen and learn alongside Nina <3 These two put each other first all the time and my heart is seriously melted <3
And so much worldbuilding in such a short freaking scene! I'm continually impressed with how much these short scenes feel like a fully fledged out story! I hardly even realize they're drabbles/flash fiction there's so much emotion and story packed into each one!
<3 <3 <3 Fluff. Love. Warm Fuzzies. Swoon. I love how uncaring Matthias is about telling his feelings. He is just so open and free and honest and unwavering about how much he loves her and that is just so freaking heartwarming <3 <3 <3 <3 I LOVE THEMMMMMM!!!!!
AHHHHH!!!!! Helvar, Matthias Helvar XD Perfection. This chapter is such a great snapshot of their personalities! The way Nina is just bold and fearless and teasing and Matthias is pure chivalry and dry and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!
NOOOOOOOO!!!!! This is just too much. It's too freaking cute. SHE GAVE UP WAFFLES FOR HIM?!?! AHHHHHH! I love them. I love them so fucking much. The way they care for one another. The way they put the other first in all of these scenes <3

Just all lovey and warm and fuzzy and smiley and cute and kissy and angry at mornings but happy for waffles <3 <3 <3 I really don't know how you've managed to make this collection so effortlessly adorable and yet never cheap cheesy. I am in love with this pairing and this AU world for them and forever in my heart this is thier story now.
NOT KAZ BEING SO FUCKING ADORABLE?!?! :ELMO FIRE: AHHHH!!!! This was such a fun and heartwarming scene. The fact that Kaz calls him a meathead XD Those two together in scene alone would be hysterical. Mainly because I feel like it would be Matthias trying to start a conversation and Kaz simply glaring XD And then the response at the end <3 <3 <3 So freaking cute.
THE WHOLE GANG IS HERE AND MY HEART IS SO HAPPY! I can't. I really can't with this. It's so freaking fun and happy and warm and even though everyone's yelling and fighting and threatening there's so much love and friendship and heart eyes flying about and I am no different <3 <3 <3 The way you throw Kaz/Inej in here too :ELMO FIRE: and then matthias looks over at Nina and she's looking at him with the same expression - that did it. That killed me. I have died by fluff. Leave flowers at my tombstone. Fluffy ones.

And then she shares your hobby with him and he tells her his <3 <3 <3 and then he lands that fucking fantastic line that is the fluffiest and best way this chapter could have ended <3 <3 <3
ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME WITH CUTENESS?!?!! CAUSE I AM FUCKING DEAD OKAY?! The pure, unforgiving, shamless fluff that is this collection just makes me melt! I LOVE IT SO MUCH! The way you describe her dancing - beautifully written <3 And the added note that she's off beat XD You have their characters so fucking down! And I also really love this AU world you've built for them. It's so seamless and real! I didn't even think to comment on it until now because it's just so well done I was just like yeah. This is their world. This is thier lives together. Obviously XD

Yet again I'm fucking swooning and have the biggest heary eyes for this pariing. Such a freaking sweet chapter. So much cute and adorable thinsg here. The way that he always wakes up with hair in his mouth XD That he has that moment of like - do I just yank my arm out or am I stuck this way forever now? XD That she refuses to let him leave until he promises waffles and coffee <3 Girl after my own heart here. <3 Love Love Love this chapter!

I'm in awe of the fact that you could fit in so much chaos and personalities in such few words. It was perfect though. We got a good sense of who everybody was and how everyone was feeling and the utter craziness that is that group of friends.
The ending had my heart though, the way Nina looks at him with a "look meant only for him" is just so special and heartfelt.

that is the ultimate expression of love for nina, foregoing waffles in favor of spending time with you. matthias better appreciate that.
separately, i want a chaotic drunk-crows-at-brunch fic now. jesper tries to order tequila shots at 1pm and is sitting sideways in his chair, wylan is complaining about the champagne to orange juice ratio in the mimosas, nina wants a million instagram stories but only thinks to take photos after they're all already smashed so they're all blurry and the captions are nonsense, matthias tries to mention at one point that bloody marys are better than mimosas and immediately gets dragged to hell for it, kaz is sober as shit because mimosas don't fit his aesthetic and he's been drinking black coffee the whole time, and inej is just sitting there spinning a knife around and the rest of the restaurant is watching her in awe but also kind of in terror.
