so i kinda loved the hints and suggestion in got of robb and myrcella - they always seemed to be like a bit of a miss: the way they would unite the north and the south, the suggestion that myrcella was stronger than she seemed, with a demure, sweet face; and the way robb was so honourable but so reckless, still - bold and brave in a way which made him almost cool :P and ahhhhhh this take all of that just... fires it up, literally :P 

 

i lovelovelove the way you give them both - myrcella especially - depth they don't necessarily have in canon: robb isn't just a miniature of ned, he's reckless and driven and young enough to feel a little immortal and untouchable - and while he's savvy enough to recognise she might be seducing him, trying to manipulate him, he's young enough and hot-blooded enough to not care, or at least to be manipulated despite knowing it :P and myrcella, omg, you should write more of her tbh: she comes across so strongly. born to be queen, almost, with her defiance and her strength, hidden when she wants it to be, and how she can let go and just be herself - but there's the hint, still, of something tactical behind it. she's kinda like cersei but with a sober, restrained cunning - more like tyrion's cunning, if that makes sense and i love it so much. 

 

i love the way for all this is smut there's so much of their relationship in this: the push and pull, how she's perhaps been pushing him away and then pulling him in with the lure of teaching her to fight (a lie, perhaps, as it turns out - or at least a trap); how he hasn't really perhaps been reaching out to her as he should have, been looking after her as much as he should have - subject to his bannermen's insistences almost as much as she is. but they just... you write them with so much chemistry and it's wonderful and ahhhhh even though i'm not a huge fan of smut generally, there's something so so good about the way you write this and them and i love it.
