Hello again, here again for fun and for QuodPot match 3! :)

Okay so I absolutely adore Neville as a character and his role in this piece here as well. I’m happy that he’s referred to by the Weasley & Potter kids as Uncle Neville because it just feels right to me :P You wrote the chat between him and Rose very very well, and I think really emphasized how Neville has truly grown as an adult from being an Auror after the War because it was the right thing to do at the time, but not right for him in the long run, leading him to taking over the Herbology professorship. Also, go Rose for standing up for herself in front of Ron! As a recently graduated from college adult, it is very frustrating even for me still at times to feel like I’m being treated as a child when I deserve to be treated as an adult, and I’m sure other readers feel the same way. She deserves to live her life like she wants to and if that takes upsetting Ron, then so be it! Also, Felicia seems like a hoot and I hope you write more of her in the future! Scorpius trying to ask Rose out on a serious date made me laugh a bit to be honest but just because he got so flustered after being all suave the other day. Great second chapter! :)

Hello, here for QuodPot Match 3! :)

I love a good Scorose fic so I was pleasantly surprised to see this pop up in my searching! So first of all, very good job on the opening chapter here! You’ve introduced the main characters and their major relationships so far very easily and within good time of each other, which means that you didn’t just shove everyone into one scene together. Having different little scenes with various characters allows for Rose’s personality with each person to be shown more clearly and sets up what’s sure to be a good story. I love that she’s working at a flower shop (#irony) after graduating from Hogwarts because she likes it but also because she’s not actually sure what her goal is. When she was studying so much to be top of her class all of the time, she didn’t give herself free time to find or pick up any hobbies that could have helped her determine what she wanted to do as a career, and I hope you pick up on that with some flashbacks or something with Scorpius as well. Their little interaction at the end of the chapter was written so flawlessly, and I particularly like how you used body language significantly here, especially for Scorpius.

I look forward to seeing what the next chapter brings. :)
