Natasha Butler has had a heck of a year in the USA, she’s now engaged to a seemingly perfect man named Aaron and expecting his child. She returns to the UK for the first anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts and runs into her old flame Oliver Wood.

Not so buried feelings resurface on both sides in the form of dreams and flashbacks.

Her world turns upside down when tragedy strikes and her fiancé turns out not to be the perfect man she thought. Heartbroken, she returns to the UK to move in back with her parents and older brother.

She moves back to the UK after the fallout and a few months later she reconnects with Oliver.

Charlie Weasley is just an ordinary boy, who thinks ordinary things.

At least, that was what he thought.

Apparently, no-one else thinks like him, and it's confusing. Where he just wants to play quidditch and read about dragons, everyone else is getting interested in... each other.

Oliver Wood doesn’t need luck, no more than he needs attachments.

Percy Weasley is a pain in the ass on both fronts.

Deep down, he knew he was overreacting. It didn’t matter what his team made of Diggory. Yes, he didn’t need his brilliant chasers distracted by a, for want of a better description, devastatingly handsome rival seeker, and yes, it wasn’t ideal for one of his beaters to underestimate their opponent so drastically, but it hadn’t been necessary to so completely lose his temper with them all.

Oliver swears. He bites down on his lip and the tears flow out. Maybe she didn't find all of the letters between Hermione and him, but these were the important ones. 

Cedric’s mum is cleaning his room and getting his laundry done before he heads back to school. He’s maybe too quick to tell her that he can manage it himself, but not quick enough to follow through. 

Kind of just started writing this then realized that it would be perfect for Noelle Zingarella's Fluff Challenge, so here we go!

Hi, I'm Lyra Saige Malfoy! You recognized the last name (I tried and failed to pretend I was adopted). As you can probably imagine, being a Malfoy is dreadfully hard work. From warding off weird stares to dealing with your brother and his boyfriend snogging at the breakfast table, things get tough. Which is why I resort to my Gryffindor spirit, and brave it out. Let's just hope things don't fall to pieces!
